Eligibility
The Champions Travel Payment Plan is available only to customers paying in Euro (€) and residing in Ireland.
Payment Plans are available for selected events that are scheduled to take place at least 8 weeks from the date of booking.
How It Works
When you place your order, an initial payment will be required at checkout. The amount of this payment will vary depending on the event, ticket type selected, and the scheduled event date.
The remaining balance will then be payable according to the following schedule:
Initial Payment
An initial payment is made at checkout.
Payment Schedule
Pay the remaining balance in instalments based on your event date.
Booking Paid in Full
Once paid in full, your tickets and fulfilment materials will be dispatched.
Payment Schedule
An initial payment is made at checkout.
50% of the outstanding balance will be due 4 weeks after the order date.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the scheduled event date, or 6 months after the order date, whichever occurs sooner.

The full outstanding balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the scheduled event date.
Important Information
Payment Reminders
Payment notifications and reminders will be sent to the email address provided when the booking was made.
Payment Deadline
All orders must be paid in full no later than 6 weeks before the scheduled event date, or 6 months after the order date, whichever occurs sooner.
Ticket Dispatch
Tickets, vouchers, and any other booking fulfilment materials will not be dispatched until the order has been paid in full.
Missed Payments
If any payment is not received in accordance with the payment schedule outlined above, Champions Travel reserves the right to cancel the booking and resell the tickets. In such circumstances, any initial payment already made may be retained and will not be refunded.
