What time do the coaches depart?

Departure times vary depending on the fixture and travel arrangements. Trip Itinerary can be found on the Itinerary section within the package. Note, dates, times and pick up locations are subject to change.

What is included in the package?

Can I travel if I'm coming from a different part of Ireland?

Yes. Many customers travel to one of our designated pick-up points to join the trip.

Is there a toilet on board the bus?

Yes.

Are there USB chargers on board the bus?

How much luggage can I bring?

Passengers are welcome to bring one suitcase and one small carry-on bag unless otherwise advised.

Can I bring a pillow and blanket?

Yes, of course.

Do I need to bring ID?

No, but we do advise on taking it.

Are food and drinks allowed on the coach?

Light snacks and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted. We ask all passengers to respect fellow travellers and help keep the coach clean.

Are there comfort stops during the journey?

These will be provided where possible.

Can I make my own way to the ground?

Yes, but please make the rep on board aware.

Can I take a backpack into the ground?

No, backpacks are not permitted within the ground.

Can I leave my bags on the bus during the game?

Yes. Passengers are welcome to leave their belongings on the coach during the match. Once everyone has disembarked, the coach will be secured and remain locked for the duration of the game.

Do we get back on the bus after the ferry returns to Ireland?

Yes, all passengers are to return to the coach, unless specified by the rep. The coach will return all passengers back to the designated terminal.

Will the bus be parked in the same place after the game?

Yes, unless advised differently by our rep on board or coach driver.

Is there an emergency number I can contact during the trip?

Yes, you will receive a contact number for the rep on board by email nearer the departure date.

Can we purchase a cabin on the boat?

You can book this directly at the reception desk once on board the ferry.

Are match tickets guaranteed?

Yes. All tickets supplied by Champions Travel are 100% official and guaranteed.

Can I choose where I sit in the stadium?

Seat locations depend on the allocation received. While we cannot guarantee specific seats, we always aim to keep groups together.

Can I purchase extra tickets?

Yes, if you see the package still for sale then you can go ahead and purchase it. If you wish for the extra ticket to be sat beside another order, please contact us and we'll do our very best to accommodate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, along with an option to pay through Klarna. Payment options will be outlined during the booking process.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit may be required to secure your place, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before the departure date.

Can I pay in instalments?

You can secure your place with a non-refundable 50% deposit with the full balance to be paid 8 weeks before the event. Contact us if you need more information.

Will I receive a booking confirmation?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once your booking has been processed.
