Yes we have a chatbot function on our website, all your frequently asked questions can be answered here and also you can chat with an agent during office hours (9am-5pm Monday-Friday)

Packages

All packages can be booked online @ www.champions-travel.com
Champions Travel are an official reseller of all the clubs/venues that we sell tickets, reach out to us and we can show your our accreditations.
Yes all seats are guaranteed together at the game/event.
All our packages are adult tickets, therefore all our prices are the same for adult and children.
Yes of course this is possible, please email sales@champions-travel.com with your specifications.
No this is not possible and all general admission tickets must be sold with at least 1 nights hotel accommodation.
Please email sales@champions-travel.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request with your chosen club.
No I am afraid all the packages come as standard and we are unable to remove any elements of the package. For example, all Liverpool FC packages must be sold with hotel and we are unable to remove the hotel stay from the package.
Full details of your package will be sent immediately after booking on your confirmation. You will also receive an itinerary with your match tickets 3-5 days before the game with dress codes and entrances etc

Payments

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
If the deposit scheme is applicable to your booking it will show available in the shopping cart.
Any packages over €200pp and more than 6 weeks away you will be able to pay 25/50% deposit. The full balance must be paid 6 weeks before the event.
You must log into your Champions Travel account and pay under the pay now section.
No we are a cashless office and can only accept card payments.

Ticket Delivery

All event tickets are generally sent 3-5 days before the game via email.
Please see below delivery method and timings per club/event/venue
E-Tickets (3-5 days before the game) – Atletico Madrid, Arsenal, Barcelona, Chelsea, Crystal Palace, Everton, Formula 1, Fulham, Leeds United, Manchester United, Newcastle United, Queens Park Rangers, Rugby, Tottenham Hotspur, Watford, Wembley Stadium

Mobile Phone Tickets (3-5 days before the game) – Liverpool and Manchester City

Stadium Collection (Collection details emailed 3-5 days before the event) – Celtic and Millwall
No I am afraid all ticket delivery methods are set by the club/venue and can’t be changed.
No we do not receive the tickets any earlier from the clubs/venues.
Yes you can print e-tickets or use them on your phone, whichever you prefer.

Uber/Hotel Vouchers

Your uber vouchers are attached to your booking confirmation and also attached to your Champions Travel account.
You must download the uber app and insert the code provide into the vouchers section.
The uber voucher is worth £10.
No its one uber voucher per account, these must be passed out to the other attendees on your booking.
Your hotel voucher will be uploaded to your Champions Travel account 3-5 days before the event.
Yes this is possible, please email info@champions-travel.com
No you can show this document on your phone if you can’t print your voucher.
Check-in is usually from 3pm. If you require an early check in please contact the hotel directly yourself. This will always be up to the hotels discretion on the day of check in. At worst the hotel will hold your luggage until your room is ready.

Travel

No there is no travel included in your package unless you have booked one of our coach tips to Liverpool or Manchester United.
You must take responsibility for your own travel arrangements, this is not the responsibility of Champions Travel.
Yes, you will need a passport for travel. Although Champions Travel do not deal with any aspect of your travel itinerary, we would like to advise that it will be the sole responsibility of each individual to make sure they have a full, valid passport/visa as required for their selected dates of travel.
Champions Travel advises very strongly that you do purchase travel insurance for any trip which you may undertake. We offer ticket protection on all packages and you can add this to your package at the time of booking only.

Changes/Cancellations

All match tickets are non-refundable, cancellation policies for each hotel differ and therefore a refund for the hotel depends on the date and policy of the hotel.
Football fixtures can change date and kick-off times as close as a couple of weeks before the games are played. We will notify you by email once we get informed of any changes to a match date or time. Your hotel booking will be moved to the new dates if needed free of charge. We are unable to offer any refunds in this situation.
